Introduction to the case

Wanted to post a case and ask for feedback on the shaping, fill and healing of #8, as well as treatment sequencing.

Initial Presentation. #7 and 8 had lucencies. #7 had 3+ mobility, and was slated for exo.

Master Cone. Canal space seemed fairly wide to me. Instrumented to a 40 with a 0.04 taper. Slight step back due to the larger coronal size.

Obturation. Lateral condensation with a lot of accessory cones. Now looking to do thermal obturation. After the RCT, #7 was removed and #6 and 8 were prepared for a temp bridge. #9 was also prepared for a veneer at this time as well.

6.5 months later, the lucency appeared to have resolved. This is a film of the coping try-in for #6-8 FPD.
